Thank You for a Record-Breaking Year — and Join Us Again on August 11, 2026!

Because of the incredible generosity of our community, Erie Gives 2025 was a record-breaking success for Mercy Center for Women. A total of 573 donors came together to raise $198,626, providing life-changing support for the women, children, and families we serve. We are deeply grateful to everyone who made that impact possible.

This year, we invite you to be part of something just as transformative. Erie Gives 2026, held on August 11, will support our Sacred Heart/MACC West Project — a critical expansion of our mission designed to meet growing needs in our community.

More than just a building, MACC West will be a place where lives are rebuilt — where women find support, children experience stability, and families begin again with hope for the future.

Join us on August 11, 2026, and help us continue building pathways to stability, opportunity, and lasting change.

Give By Check

  • The Erie Community Foundation will need to receive your gift by Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
  • Complete the Check Donation Form indicating the nonprofit(s) you want to support and the corresponding donation amount(s).
  • Write a single check for the total amount payable to “The Erie Community Foundation,” and the Foundation will distribute your gift to your favorite nonprofits.
  • Mail your check and the completed Check Donation Form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507.

Give Online

  • Visit ErieGives.org
  • Gifts will be accepted on August 11, 2026, beginning at midnight!
  • Online donations can be made via credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa)
  • Please note: You will only be able to donate to 10 nonprofits at a time if you are giving online. If you are giving to more than 10, you will need to complete multiple transactions.
  • Minimum donation = $25

Give By Phone

  • Call The Erie Community Foundation at 814.454.0843 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026.
  • Donations can be made by phone using your credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa)
  • Minimum donation = $25.

Give Stock or IRA via Mail

  • Talk to your professional advisor or banker who can help you. Use the informational flyer below.
  • The Foundation will be able to accept all stock gifts starting June 15, 2026.
  • The deadline to initiate the transfer of stock or IRA distribution with your custodian directed to The Erie Community Foundation is Monday, August 10, 2026.
  • Complete the Check Donation Form indicating the organization(s) and donation amount(s).
  • Mail check and completed form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507
  • The transfer of stock or distribution from your IRA should match the total amount you indicate on your mail-in form.
