Daria Devlin is a familiar name in Erie. From volunteering with the Emmaus Soup Kitchen, chairing the annual Russian Trokia Festival, and serving as Executive Director of the Erie Center for Arts and Technology (ECAT). She has her hands in a little bit of everything going on in the community. However, ECAT is her true passion. The project entails renovating the former Wayne School building into a space to host educational, health, and wellness programs for Erie residents. This showcases her commitment to, “changing lives and bringing hope and opportunities to the Wayne School neighborhood.” While ECAT has kept her busy, Devlin sees herself running for public office in the future.
